Allies for Inclusion & Diversity in Tech

My company recently signed the MN Tech Diversity Pledge which is a cause we feel strongly about. My coworkers and I have been collecting resources to help guide us as we look at ways we can foster a more inclusive and diverse workplace. One thing we've found as we embark on this process is that there are a lot of quality resources available so we don't have to start at square one. We've also found that there are a lot of allies out there and that we need everyone's involvement to create an inclusive workplace. Here are a few of the resources we've found:
